We respect your privacy and confidentiality.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://redkeith.com. Our company is Uprising LLC, doing business as Red Keith. You can see that on our licenses page.

Your secrets stay safe

Below this will be the legalese you find in any privacy policy. But first, we just want to talk like regular people. We don’t share or sell or do anything else weird or gross with your data.

The things you tell us don’t leave the office. The things you share with us are kept securely. We lock things up when we’re out of the office. All our online files are protected by complex, regularly-changing passwords, backed up with 2FA tokens.

If you have any questions about what we do to protect your information, please ask us. If your business has contractual requirements about how we store data, we are used to that, and can typically work with those constraints.

The State of Washington requires us to keep certain data about our clients and the work we have performed for a period of three years. That is mostly to preserve records in the event you want to file a complaint with the state about our work.

Once that time has passed, we don’t store your information, case details, or anything else related to your project. The exception to this would be if we received a lawful court order asking us to retain something longer. When that happens we let you know.

We take your privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

Now here’s what the lawyers wrote:
