What to expect during your free consultation
Here is what you can expect when you call us for a free consultation:
First of all, we're nice. Nobody is going to judge you, or think less of you, based on anything you tell us. Our concern is with helping you reach your goal and solve your problems. However you got here, we want to help you move forward. And if you're the victim of a crime, you didn't do anything wrong.
Everything we talk about is confidential. We won't share details of your case with anyone, and you can read more about our commitment to confidentiality and privacy on our blog.
Beyond that, we'll listen to your problem and work together with you to identify solutions. Once we have a full understanding of your investigative needs, we'll send you a written proposal you can review at your leisure. There's no hard sell.
We think our work speaks for itself, and if we're not the right investigator for what you need, we'll try to help you find someone who is.
If you approve the proposal you will receive an invoice for a either a partial deposit, or the full amount due, depending on the size of the project. Once that invoice is paid, we can begin work.
We will also ask you to share whatever information you have about the target of the investigation, police reports, court filings, etc. The more you provide us, the faster we can get to the new information that will help you reach your goals. But if you don't have much to share, that's okay too, and it's pretty common for most clients.
Throughout the investigation we believe strongly in open communication. We follow up with every active client at least weekly. You can contact us during business hours and expect a response pretty quickly. And with prior arrangement we can be available outside routine business hours to talk, because we know the challenges and realities of shift work and being up at weird hours.
We do not do infidelity investigations. But you can contact us for help in finding someone in your area that can help with that.
Also, we have a lot of experience helping people with stalkers, like abusive former partners. But we can't help you with gangstalking, and if you need help with that here is why we're not the right choice, and a list of local resources that may be useful.
Please contact us if you have any questions about what to expect during your free consultation call, or if you're ready to talk you can schedule your free consultation now!
